ORDERS
How do I change or cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes.

To ensure all orders are promptly shipped and delivered as quickly as possible, the order shipment queue cannot be interrupted.

Please feel free to contact the courier if you wish to make any changes to your delivery address.

Although we cannot guarantee it, if you would like to try to cancel your order, please contact us and we will see if this is possible.

Can I change the delivery address?

What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

We apologize if anything like this ever happens! We are more than happy to look into this for you and make it right. In order to proceed, please contact us to open a ticket. Please have a picture of the item for quality control to ensure we bring this to our team’s attention. We will request the picture in our response.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return/exchange policy?

If you aren’t satisfied with your items or just change your midn, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All items must be in their original condition by meeting the following criteria:

Items cannot be worn and must be in new and unused condition.

Items must not be washed.

Items must be odorless.

Items must have all original tags attached and intact.

How do I start a return or exhange?

What if I am past the 30 day return policy?

Please contact us and someone from our team will be more than happy to help provide options, if applicable.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long does it take to get my order?

Orders are typically delivered within 2 weeks.

Depending on the time of year, processing orders can be 1-3 days. It then can take up to 5 days to produce your items plus transit time. Once the carrier has your order, the shipping time is typically 1-5 days.

How much does shipping cost?

All orders over $49 ship for free. Orders under $49 will receive a flat shipping and handling rate of $7 at checkout.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

At this time we only ship to the lower 48 states. This does not include Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
